You also agree that you will not post any copyrighted material that is not owned by yourself or the owners of these forums. By posting messages to the forums, you represent to, Xtatic Web & FHR RADIO that you are the rightful owner of such material or that you have first obtained permission from the rightful owner to post such material.

You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless this forum and their agents with respect to any claim based upon any post you may make. FHR RADIO also reserves the right to reveal whatever information we know about you in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by yourself.

Although messages posted are not the responsibility of these forums and Xtatic Web or FHR RADIO is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any of these messages, FHR RADIO reserve the right to delete any message or to ban you for any or no reason whatsoever. If you do find any posts are objectionable then please contact someone from the administration team.

Giving out personal information of or presented as that of FHR RADIO is strictly prohibited. Infractions will result in the immediate revocation of the user's privileges for a period of time to be determined by the administration.

Impersonating FHR RADIO, their Dj's, managers, crew or anybody associated with them, or impersonating any other members of the community, either by word, name or deed, shall be strictly prohibited.

Any abuses of the private messaging system will result in removal of the offending user and possible ban.

The Federal Trade Commission's Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA) requires that Web Sites are to obtain parental consent before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information from children under 13. If you are below the age of 13 years old, you must have parental permission to use these forums, otherwise you may not register.

When you have registered an account here, you are responsible for your account. This means when someone got access to your account and use it to harm this server and/or its costumers, you will be held responsible and you may get terminated for violation of the tos without any prior notice.

Never, Never, give out any private information to anyone online that you do not know. This includes your complete name, address, phone number or financial information. If you are a minor, always ask a parent before giving out information to anyone.

On our board there is a section where members can post photos of themselves. If you are a minor, please ask your parent before posting any photo of yourself online.

Anyone contacting or trying to contact this website or FHR RADIO with any inappropriate behavior or messages (pm's, emails, etc) will be immediately removed and banned from this site without questions.

We reserve the right to remove any links posted that are deemed inappropriate, against our rules or that are not in the best interest of FHR RADIO
